You call and tell us what you have: a split system, a ducted unit, an outdoor unit, or a smell that keeps coming back. We give you the fixed price on the phone and book a time. We work across all Sydney suburbs, seven days a week, and same day appointments are often available.
We cover the floor and drape the unit before we wash it, so your room stays clean. The covers and filters come off, the coil is washed, the fan barrel is cleaned and the unit is sanitised, then we test it after reassembly.

A split system deep clean is $249 + GST, a ducted system starts from $350 + GST, and an outdoor condenser unit is $149 + GST. The price is fixed and confirmed before we start, so you know what the job costs before anyone touches your unit.
We clean the filters, evaporator coil, barrel fan, drain pan and drain line, then sanitise the unit and test it before we leave. The unit is taken apart properly rather than wiped over, because the mould and bacteria sit on parts you cannot reach from the front.
Usually, yes. That smell comes from mould and bacteria growing on the evaporator coil and in the drain pan, where moisture sits. A deep clean removes the growth rather than covering it.
Once every 12 months suits most Sydney homes. Move to every six months if you have pets, if someone in the house has asthma or allergies, or if the unit runs most of the year.
Yes, as a separate service at $149 + GST, because it is a different job. Plenty of customers book it at the same time as the indoor clean.
Yes. We use eco-friendly, non-toxic products throughout, and the unit is rinsed and dried before we hand it back. The room can be used straight away.
